Goverment Contracting

 Few general contractors have TSC’s experience in meeting the requirements of government clients. TSC is a provider of choice where Department of Defense (DOD) has mission critical needs at their secure/sensitive facilities.

Our ability to meet customer demands for design-build expertise combined with faster service delivery, flexibility and adaptability is the basis for our excellent reputation.

By maintaining the appropriate cleared personnel including escorts through the DOD, Veterans Administration and other government agencies, we are ready to provide any level of service, for renovations, SCIF room construction, new-build projects.

TSC project managers and field supervisors understand the government's unique requirements. TSC has closely worked with government represenatives and design teams to successfully identify and solve potential job related problems, minimizing additional costs and added time.

TSC is experienced in completing projects that are LEED certified. During the pre-construction phase we provide means and methods to obtain the required LEED credits for certification, while staying within the construction budget. During the construction and post-construction phases TSC manages and records the documentation and testing required to substantiate the earned credits.

Green Initiative

We look for greening opportunities on all of our projects and believe it is our responsibility, as a General Contractor and Construction Manager, to help ensure the highest standard of environmental performance on our jobsites.

Safety/Quality Control

Safety and Quality Control compliment one another. Our safety program has the involvement and commitment of all TSC personnel. Headed by our Safety Director we maintain safety awareness among all of our personnel, attend all jobsite pre-construction meetings with each trade and with our onsite supervision and inspect each project site. Our field personnel have passed the 30 hour OSHA class, first aid class and the United States Army Corps of Engineers Construction Quality Management for Contractors course.

Our safety department is available to furnish safety classes and site inspections for clients requiring this service.
