History We are often asked, "Why the name, Total Site Contractors, Inc.?" Initially, Total Site Contractors Inc. (TSC) performed site oriented work. As the company grew and the construction market changed, TSC adjusted its business plan and entered the Federal and State Government markets as a self-performing General Contractor. This became an early major source of TSC's business. In keeping with the ever changing market, TSC then began to focus on developing the private sector market while continuing with our government work. Throughout these changing business strategies we have maintained the name that our customers have come to recognize as a quality and dependable organization, Total Site Contractors, Inc. TSC has continued to maintain a staff of skilled trades people to self-perform carpentry and drywall work. By having these skills on site we can positively influence the schedule and quality of the finished project. |
